Toss a coin to your writer

When I began cosplaying in the mid 2000s, tutorials were free and available all over the early internet. Slowly they’ve been slinking behind paywalls and subscriptions. My personal philosophy is to keep knowledge open and free, sharing what I know and learn just like it was once shared with me.

The same philosophy carries over to my other artistic endeavors which will be soon all over the website. This is all done in my own free time, so any coins are appreciated.

Coins go towards running the site, cosplay and music supplies, and pet supplies. My polydactyl cat loves crinkle balls and throwing puzzle pieces on the floor, and my hounds love to destroy squeaky toys.

Site support

Don’t have any coins? I feel you. You can always support this site by sharing tutorials and pages, or recommending things to your friends! It genuinely makes me happy to hear when people use my tutorials. I love to hear from people at conventions, and my friends who judge contests get excited when they see a technique I’ve written about.

Spread the word!

You can also follow me on socials and ask me about techniques as well. I love to help!

Direct support

If you like Ko-fi, I have one! I support all the coins Ko-fi has. I will also be posting updates and images when I think of what to put there.

You can also send coins through my WordPress widget.

Indirect support

Well kind of indirect. If you want a trinket or something in return other than information, I’ve got you covered too. I love myself a good trinket, too.

Mercari – I sell on Mercari! I’m mostly trying to Marie Kondo my collection, but I also do occasionally list something handmade or cosplay-related too.

eBay – I post most of my collection on eBay too, though eBay may have some of my larger things due to postage limitations.

I plan on adding more indirect support in the future!
