This is a special edition of Yamaha’s Monthly Piano sheet music magazine, which makes information on this magazine difficult to find.

I was initially confused by this book as I couldn’t find it on any search sites, but the music selection was really good (and it was more affordable than the DX book). After some searching with my loose Japanese, I found it on Yamaha’s site as part of their Monthly Piano magazine. And it looks like an actual magazine stapled together with no label on the spine. This is the only Monthly Piano magazine I have in my collection so far, and I have to admit, it is pretty cool.

Inside the magazine, there are a few color pages at the front with artwork and introductions to the Cures. There are also two pages of blank scores with all the fairies and Cures in the margins. Each song also has different character art so no song decoration is the same. In the back is the cutest How-To-Play section where the Cures teach you how to read music. The score itself is written on matte paper, making it easier to read, while all the color pages are printed on glossy paper.

As this is a magazine, there are a few advertisements for Yamaha but most of them are for PreCure merchandise.
