I am such a sucker for Keiichi Okabe music and I’d listen to the piano collection ad nauseum. This has all the songs from the Piano Collections album written out to play. The extra pages and all the song titles have a gritty look to them like they came from a ruined world. The first several pages are mostly text, dedicated to introducing the music staff for the game and album and a section on how to play each song that makes me want to memorize more kanji to read it better.

Oddly enough, the only game artwork in the book is Emil in his first appearance against a gritty gray background next to the book’s introduction. There are some other odd artworks in the book including a photo of handwritten music score, the cover of the Piano Collections Album, and a piano with a background that makes it look old and neglected. The scores do not have this gray gritty background and are easy to read.

All the song titles are written in English and Japanese, making it easy to find songs.
