I couldn’t find much information about this book, perhaps due to its age on any of my ISBN database searches. It’s one of my oldest anime piano book and the pages are starting to yellow. But the back simply has this in English: “I was really down for a while, but I’m okay now” with Kiki and Jiji flying on a broom. There isn’t much else other than an ISBN, not even a barcode.

I’ve found multiple Image Album books. I’m unsure if they are reprints or new editions. This particular one I have has a thin golden border and no highlighted text. The cover is particularly difficult to photograph as it has a dusty matte finish to it.

This book contains image songs and a few background themes. It’s is certainly on the more advanced side, the songs erring on more transliterations than adaptations. Some of the songs have notes and cords that stretch well over two octaves, leaving the pianist to make their own note reductions to make this humanly possible. Regardless, the music is still pretty accurate in sound and notes without going ridiculous and overwhelming. The grand staff is printed at a nice size, making it easily readable.

There are no extra images on the inside, just music and text.
