Funny enough, this was my first Naruto cosplay way back when the manga started and no one knew what a Naruto was (if you can believe it). I think I was the first Ebisu on cosplay.com. I was in college, so I went cheap and took stuff out of my closet and modified it. It was a super comfortable cosplay (aside from the shoes) and I wore it multiple times.

For the forehead protector, I used one I bought at the con that was supposedly official, but who knows how much actually was official at cons in 2004. Since this one is actually metal, I later just used a bandana from Walmart with some duct tape and the Konoha emblem drawn on in sharpie.

Items used:

• Black turtleneck I owned with the sleeves rolled up. Added patches of red fabric with sharpie spirals (I recommend a different marker as sharpie bleeds over time)
• Black dress pants I had.
• Sunglasses I owned
• Ace bandages for the leg wraps
• Sneakers thrifted with the toes cut out (I do not recommend this as it cuts your toes over time)
